What utilities are included in my lease?
Rent includes water,trash and sewer.

What kind of pets do you allow and what fees are involved?
Pets are not accepted. Only service animals/no deposit.

What are the income and credit qualifications?
Total monthly household income (gross) must be at least two and one-half (2 1/2) times the amount of the monthly rent. Every source of income must be listed by each household member and complete. Third party income verification will be obtained by HRI Properties. Falsification of information on an application is basis for automatic denial, termination of lease and/or eviction. Income gross must be 2 times the rent amount.

Is my security deposit totally refundable?
If the apartment is left in a good clean move-in condition, the deposit will be refunded as long as lease terms were met.

How long is the term of the lease? Do you accept leases for short term leases?
We offer a 12 month lease. We do not offer short term leases.

Am I required to have renters insurance?
Management’s property insurance does not cover any Resident furniture, clothing or other personal property.  Residents are hereby advised to procure renter’s insurance to protect their personal property.

Do you offer furnished or corporate apartments?
Currently we do not offer furnished apartment. We do have a rental company we can refer you to.

If I need something repaired in my apartment, how do I get it fixed?
We offer a 24-Hour emergency maintenance services available via our website Residents need to call the emergency property phone number after hours/office hours call or e-mail work order.

When is my rent payment due? How can I pay my rent?
Rent is due on the 1st of the month. You can pay online via our Resident Portal. Or drop box

What day am I liable for a late charge?
All rent must be paid by the 5th of the month, on the 6th a late charge will be added.

Do you have parking?
Yes, there is on-site residential parking.
